Takes place in a library! Hairy Scary Librarian! I thought I would love this one but it was one of our least favorite in the series. It felt choppy and was hard to follow at times. Stormfly was fun but not enough Toothless. I guess the 'Conversations with Toothless' bit at the end was to make up for that. There was also a section for a 'Guide to Deadly Dragons' and 'Dragonese Dictionary'.

Toothless is kinda unlikeable he just ate Stoick throne and is being sassy to Hiccup about it
Stoick is angry for Hiccup speaking Dragonese and writing a book. He forbid Hiccup from speaking Dragon and if Toothless doesn't another thing he doesn't like he'll banish Toothless.
Toothless the little shit also ate the How to Train Your Dragon book.
Camicazi suggested going to get a replacement from the banned library.
Camicazi has a dragon called Stormfly. And it's a mood dragon which are apparently rare.
Toothless likes Stormfly.
One of Hiccup ancestors has written a book.
Camicazi mum stole a dragon and the owner came looking for and Hiccup thinking on his feet said the librarian who had followed him, Camicazi and Fishlegs for stealing a book said it was him so the chief took the librarian.
Stoick asked what Hiccup wanted for his birthday and Hiccup wanted the library to be opened. Which it was.
