I hated this book. The "jokes" weren't funny, the characters were unlikable, and despite having "A Love Story" in the title, there was zero chemistry between the leads. In fact, they had sex and then confessed their love to each other despite neither having any personality displayed.
This entire book is like several screenshots of the subreddit Men Writing Women. Every woman character is reduced to how her breasts are. If we are lucky we MIGHT get to know their hair color.
There were 3 account of rape that were just glossed over and jokes about. We are supposed to feel bad about the death of the male protagonists best friend but he died due to a woman trying to fight back when he tried to RAPE her. But oh, he had aids, so he wasn't THAT bad.
I kept hoping book would get better but it never did.
