Breathless was a quick and fun read about a mountain climbing team trying to summit Manaslu in Nepal. This fictional climbing thriller was full of adventure and just enough thrill to keep you guessing!

Since the author, Amy McCulloch, is an actual climber and has actually climbed Manaslu you get a very vivid picture of the mountain and what the climbing life is like. That being said, the writing style was simplistic and the author made it very easy to learn about the technical and follow it, without being overly saturated in technical jargon. 

If you have any interest in light thrillers abs mountaineering, I suggest you pick up a copy of this fun read!
