So much in this book, at times very overwhelming in terms of ideologies and issues facing the world today. Some strategies based on Wilson’s life experience to be able to make a difference in so many ways, especially manageable tasks. Climate change, political ideologies, technology and its hold on us, consumerism some of the many issues Wilson discusses in this book.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I was frustrated in the beginning as she was piling on climate emergency factoids. But as she dug deep into the societal issues such as lack of connection and spirituality I felt like she was one of my people. I have been inspired to push to my edge and take ownership of the way I treat the planet and the people.

I'm disappointed because I was looking forward to reading a book that promised me a way to feel less disconnected, but it was just too difficult to get through her bragging and her kind of awful writing style. It's like she thinks she is the only one who has realised that there's a problem with our way of living. Her philosophies had some merit, but I wish someone else had written the book.

This is a fab book, but could be heavy at times as it's quite spiritual and at times jargon/stats heavy. But with the audiobook was really good and a lot more enjoyable!
