3.5 stars. The dialogue and writing were a bit cheesy and overdone at times, but this book totally kept me guessing. I'm not sure yet how I feel about the ending, but I don't hate it. It was my last book of 2022 and I'm not disappointed by that!

This kept so interested and I was so enthralled as to what happened. I just wish it had went down a different path and then I would have absolutely loved it.

Solid 3 star read. The characters were likable, and the story overall was interesting. I felt like it got a bit slow there for a while, but the book narration was done well and kept me mostly with it. Overall, I'll be checking out this author's next book for sure.

This was a debut

2.5 stars. There was a lot of potential in this book; a savage murder, friends with secrets, a slowly unveiled history of childhood trauma, etc... The book lacked in the pacing department and the dialogue was boring at times. The book had 2 main characters, and one of them (Rita) was so much better than the other one. I got disappointed whenever it was Molly's turn to talk again. After finishing the book, I learned this is a debut author, which explains a lot of my critiques. If you are someone who doesn't overanalyze the writing of a book, you will like this story.

Great read! Plot was consistently in motion, and the characters felt real. The dialogue in the beginning seemed a little stiff.

The book started out strong but ultimately puttered out. There were too many unnecessary details and the twist was dumb

All the dark places spans Molly's entire life. It all starts  when she is 6 years old which sets the tone for her whole life. When Molly's husband Jay is murdered life becomes a who done it search. I enjoyed the twists and didn't suspect the ending.

All the Dark Places is a good thriller, even though it's nothing new.

Molly and her husband Jay throw a party to celebrate Jay's 40th birthday. Surrounded by all of their friends, they have a wonderful time. But when Molly wakes up the next morning, she finds Jay murdered in his office in the garage. Who could have killed Jay, whom everyone loved?

Rita is the police detective investigating the case. She can tell many of the guests are hiding something, but are they hiding things in their own lives, or things related to the murder?

Molly has a past she doesn't want anyone to know about, but does her past trauma have anything to do with her husband's death? And what about the disappearance of a young lady several months ago? She can't stop herself from investigating, even if it puts her in jeopardy.

This was an easy book to read and enjoy, and I didn't guess who did it before the reveal. It doesn't break any new ground, but that's okay! Thanks to Kensington Publishing for the advance copy of this book.
