This book provides accounts of the interviews he undertook with various experts in their field (e.g. medicine, archaeology, historical documents, theology). For all the thrill of reading through the investigation Strobel undertook and the mountain of evidence that exists for Jesus Christ, his life, his death and his resurrection, it is his searingly honest, heartfelt and personal conclusion that rocks the reader and challenges them to experience Christ for themselves.
I applaud the very thorough investigation, although I grew bored of Strobel's writing style partway through. The information presented was enough to finish reading through the repetitive template he used.

This is an evangelical manifesto disguised as an even-handed, research-backed investigation. It utilizes very intelligent, accomplished experts in biblical study and it’s thoughtfully writen. The end of chapter discussion questions are open-ended enough to be interesting conversation starters. But the “proof” is super narrow and all pointed towards the inevitable conclusion of agreement and conversion and entirely dependent on the Bible being a singular, pristine, reliable reference as a historical and sometimes scientific source.

Lee does a great job investigating the facts of Jesus’ resurrection. He leads a hard ball scrutinization against top professors and PHd’s trying to disprove the faith, to only come to the conclusion it was all true!

Interesting book. The journalist author investigated Jesus - the Man and the Divine - using various sources outside of the Bible. I was turned on to this by my church pastor who claimed it was a solidifying source during his spiritual journey.
