I found this book in my local used bookstore so I didn't know what this book was when I got it and I know this book was written in the 80s but this book was weirdly homophobic and racist... and I just don't think I like short stories collection that much either. Not my favorite.

Certainly not what Cuckoo's Nest and Sometimes a Great Notion are, but this is a great collection of stories. I like the autobiographical nature and it is interesting to see this Prankster from his own eyes more than 20 years after the adventures aboard "Furthur" (as told by Wolfe).
