Wonderful just as amazing as before. Pulls you in and doesn’t let go another thrill ride !

Now we have a real change of POV story! Shay is not present in Tally's version of "Pretties" as much, and so it was interesting to see what was going on with Shay and the story behind the "Cutters". Now that everyone is supposed to be "pretty" the illustrations weren't as much of an issue and I didn't notice any inconsistencies with the story. Much better than the first one!

Unimpressive. And really doesn't add anything. Which isn't completely fair because it's been awhile since I read this series. But other than reminding me of plot elements, I really didn't care about anything in it all that much. And the art didn't ring true either. But it wasn't bad. It just wasn't all that good. 2.5 of 5.

To start, Uglies is one of my favorite series' and Scott Westerfeld is my favorite author. I had read the first graphic novel but did not realize there was a second one until I saw this on Amazon. Overall I enjoyed this. It's nice to see the story from a different perspective and to get new information on what was happening while Tally was off being main-character-y. It took me a moment to get into, just because it's been so long since I read Uglies.

I would recommend this and the first graphic novel to any Uglies fan, even if they didn't like Shay as a character.

Okay, props for learning from your mistakes. This one had a more cohesive story line and kept my attention more. Nice.

Again, just an okay adaptation. I enjoyed the illustrations more in this one, and I'll continue with the series if they make more of them.
