Loved this book by Brené Brown. I’ve listened to many of her podcasts and Ted Talks, but have yet to read any of her books. This will be the first of many in my future. Being a leadership theory fanatic, one of the concepts that I have struggled immensely with has been vulnerability and risk-taking. This gave me insight into what it means to be comfortable with being uncomfortable, take the first step and realize what it means to “dare greatly.” Everyone should read this book if they’re interested in challenging themselves to share what they’re feeling without restraint or fear of judgement.
