Really could not get into it. But glad I finished, the ending was good. But when a book takes me 8 days to read I did not enjoy it.
This was a good story which kept me turning the pages throughout the night. Great mystery, writing and plotting will recommend to all my friends who love this genre.
This book is incredible. I don’t normally read this genre but it super intrigued me and I was right. It’s a great read. It’s twisty and angsty and kept me on my toes. The world building is wonderful and the characters are written so well. ThAnks to this book I’ve found a new genre and am looking forward to more!

This is my introduction to the Bentz/Montoya books. It starts with an unknown killer about to murder Kristin Bentz, the daughter of Rick Bentz and a true crime author. The killer was unsuccessful but he was able to kill Kristin’s husband. I rated it 2 hours because the story was too slow. It came to the point that I didn’t care what happens to the characters. There was also a lot of things happenings and I couldn’t care less. I guess it was just too long.

The Last Sinner. This book is a thrilling surprise. I was hooked from the first few pages. The characters are exciting and engaging. The book I will say is engaging as well. The killer is amazing.Even though I think that he should have more show time in this eight hour book. He was bloody marvelous. The writer did an excellent job of having the reader experience the book through the killers mind. The intensity level is top notch when the hunting takes place between the killer and the prey. Bents, his daughter Kristi and Montana a great. It was awesome to read how each character took part in this hunt by doing their own investigation. For me it was like who would catch hi first. Awesome writing from the writer.
