The infection aspect is by far the best aspect of this book, it is absolutely disgusting and intriguing. Characters were alright, wasn’t heavily invested in any of them.

I was really struggling to get into this book in the beginning but it got better after the first 100 pages. I thought the inclusion of articles, interviews, and experiment logs gave nice breaks in the story and added more context to the overall story.
