A topical history book, especially given recent events. The author explains witch hunts over the past 700 years in different countries, contextualizing both witch hunters and the accused in 13 distinct examples.
The chapters flow nicely, and the author gives enough background without bogging things down with too much irrelevant history. While some reviews called this book "dry", compared to many other non fiction history books, this was concise enough to be a quick(ish) read.
