This was kind of wild. I can see the Dramione influence on Nico and Libby, and Nico was definitely my favorite. I wish that Reina had been more of a character, though, and the twist rang a little funny to me.

The best way to describe this is a mix between X-men and Hunger Games. If you like those, you'd probably like this. However, in my opinion, it doesn't make much sense. Spoilers
: one of them is supposed to die so the others get access to some very vague society, except none of them seem very happy, and their book requests keep getting denied, so why they would kill for it is beyond me. The society (or the library) itself seems evil, so I'm still not sure why anyone would want to kill to protect that. It definitely does not have their best interests at heart. Also, for a premise revolves around one of them dying, it seems like the author was scared of actually killing anyone off. No one had died by the end, except faceless extras in the one and only fight near the beginning.

I’m not too embarrassed to say I had to google: ‘atlas six ending explained’. I need to let this book sink in a bit so my rating will probably change.
