Holy crap! That was fan-fucking-tastic!!!!!!!!!! (Excuse the language). I loved this story. The characters were fabulous, the story seemed relatable, and what's better then an attractive male with a screwed up past? (As that's what has taken hold of books these days).

I truly loved this story. I don't want to say much because it shouldn't be spoiled... Basically: READ IT!

2.5 star. This book was DRAMATIC. Like soap opera ridiculous situations dramatic. The mean bullies are like caricatures and definitely not believable Some of the college life style situations were completely wrong, but it fit the story so it was easy to overlook. The whole Romeo and Juliet thing was a bit cringe but overall the tension I enjoyed. I kept reading because I was high on the whole college football game romance scenes and I do love a reformed bad boy plot line.

What I really didn’t like:
Rome has some HUGE red flags that I couldn’t over look. Girl, save yourself because he will definitely be an abuser in the future.

The almost bragging that he lives on a plantation and casual mention of the cabin being an old slave house?! Ummm.

I wanted to pick up something romantic hence the Valentine's Day and all, but damn this ripped my heart out and stomped on it. I knew she could deliver the heartache, the anticipation, the longing, and all. Molly and Rome are a couple with crazy backgrounds and sad lives, but in each other, they find the happiness and home they both were searching for. The language is amazing as usual, I annotated almost every paragraph. I did find quite a lot of mistakes while reading, meaning the editor was slacking big time.

Why all the positive reviews on this one???? Marla is confused.

With the insta-love and over the top cheesy lines, I can't anymore. Me is done.

I'm a HUGE Tillie Cole fan. But how can i dare call myself that when I have not read all her books?? I was rereading her Hangman series and decided this series would be my next read.

Wowowowowow so sorry to myself for holding out reading these for so long. This is pure magic. It's filled with the typical Tillie Cole angst mixed with an adorable star-crossed contemporary romance. I laughed, I cried, my heart melted...this book had it all! I couldn't put it down!!

Not going to give this book a rating, as it not fair, YA just isn't my thing, and I can't get into this book, stopped reading it at 54%. I'm sure if you like young adult this book will be for you. I'm not liking either characters. I tried reading this as I liked her other books.
