Very fun, low stakes contemporary mystery novel. For casual reading, I would definitely recommend! In terms of personal taste, I would have preferred more exploration into a potentially morally grey character with some unhinged behaviour. However, that's a whole other genre within itself.

I loved this bonkers, didn’t-know-she-was-a-hitman story! I loved the friendship, and subsequent partnership, with her accomplice nanny. I loved that Finlay had two men wanting her after her cheating husband dropped her. I loved that she got pst her writing block and had a fantastic story to tell. I’m so excited for more of this reluctant hit-woman!
