Buch 1:
Normalerweise lese ich keine Thriller, aber dieses Buch hat mich echt gepackt, so dass ich es in zwei Tagen durchlesen musste.
Das Buch war toll geschrieben, ich bin ein großer Fan davon unterschiedliche Medien, wie zum Beispiel die Interview Transkripte, zu verwenden.
Die Charaktere waren interessant, und der Mordfall so verworren, dass ich nicht erraten konnte wer es war bis zum Schluss, was es natürlich umso spannender und umso schwieriger machte, das Buch wegzulegen.
Ich kann mir gut vorstellen, noch weitere Bücher der Autorin zu lesen, auch wenn das eigentlich nicht mein bevorzugtes Genre ist.
Buch 2:
I felt like this book took a little while to pick up the pace, but once it did, I couldn't put it away.
It was captivating and full of plot twists which kept me guessing.
Again the ending was so far from anything I could've guessed
The ending was very sad though, with the protestors showing up at the funeral, and leaving Pip traumatized and wanting for revenge.
The whole book was a lot darker than the first one.
I hope Pip finds her balance in the last book, so the seies can end on a hopeful note.
