I didn't agree with all the choices but that's bound to happen in a book like this. I was pleased that George Orwell was in it at least.

I found this book very readable since the biographies were 2 or 4 pages long. I could pick it up at various times without worrying about where I was in the book. The placement within the top 100 were based on the accomplishments of people so it is international in flavour which I found really enjoyable! You may not agree with the ratings but it does get you thinking about people in a different view sometimes and how they influenced the 20th century.
