Interesting and generally entertaining. Channelling Sciascia a fair bit. The philosophising gets a tad wearisome at times.

A very enjoyable read, took me until the first third to get into it. But it flew by once I did. I would have liked to see a different conclusion but that will likely be for another day.

Hopefully a sixth novel is forthcoming in the future.
