For a story so magical, the book is really lacking in the magic department. I loved the film, but this has none of the magic and mystery, reading as bland description of what should have been an amazing story.

A small childhood nostalgia trip with this book. It is terribly written and quite frankly rather dull, but I'd ever fully recommend the film.
