Wow. If you think you don’t like Short Stories read this book and then reevaluate. Evans is a master! One note and the reason I can’t give this book 5 stars for myself is I don’t love the use of Suicide as a plot twist. As someone who lost someone to suicide the first story felt like a punch to the gut and not in a good way. If I had known or there had been a trigger warning I would have skipped that story.
