I think maybe I like this one best so far which is interesting! It’s interesting seeing the comparisons between the movies and the blogs and blah blah blah nice reread I’m on the waitlist at the library for the next book so I’ll probably finish reading covet and court now while I’m waiting :-) yay Harry Potter

Audiobook - 12 hours - Repeating myself again, but very hard to rate and review this book for various reasons. Objectively an interesting plot, introducing some of my favourite characters in the series, but some of the plot points got a little tiring (ie. the Crookshanks/Scabbers incident). Honestly I was expecting to enjoy this more than the Chamber of Secrets but I think this is a bias of the films making me misremember exactly how the books go. I think I prefer the books which talk about Voldemort more.

Prisoner of Azkaban is probably the best book I've read in the Harry Potter series. Absolutely loved the introduction of Sirius Black, and the plot twists we encounter in this book. Yes, plot twists.
