I enjoyed the time traveling back and forth. It really helped me care for the characters more and helped give more back story. I mean, I felt like this book was real life. We all have expectations for things, even though we know we shouldn’t. It’s hard not to.

There is something so beautiful about the mundane experiences of being a woman. Even the taboo or morally unethical experiences that women are taught to never speak about. My only criticism is I would have loved to have read more about the roots of their friendship and their experiences as a group.

I feel like a silent observer in their journey through friendship, love, and self-discovery. A story that's not just about characters but about shared moments, missed connections, and the messy, delightful chaos of life.
But I wanted more, I feel the lack and the absent perspective of women who doesn't want children. The absence of women who choose not to have kids in so many literature makes me feel alone, I guess I have to find it somewhere else.
