One of my fav things about Ryan Holiday is about how direct he is with his teachings- abt how he sayss that U CAN FOLLOW IT inspite of the thousand problems in ur life- and that even if u fail- u have to rise up and try for that high standard again- because once u accept this philosophy- it is ur duty to be a good steward of it and most importantly, a god human being

Definitely my least favorite book from Holiday. However, when I consider why, I genuinely believe it is because I just didn’t need this book at this moment. I strongly suspect that there will be a time where the content of this book will be more relevant, but in my current position, I do not feel as though I struggle with any of the concepts discussed. 

If you’re looking for a book about how to be a good human, this is definitely it.
