Imagine joining an MBA program and sitting through all the classes and jotting down bullet points of each main topic. This book is that notebook and I found to be very informative.

Chapters 1-5 about business are incredible and worth the read; as soon as it tries to be a self-help book and teach you about the mean, move on.

The book gives you broad understanding of the business concepts. The style is accessible and I enjoyed the structure broken down into small bits.
The shallow overlook is the strength of this book, as it gives you an overall picture. That being said, I was disappointed by the reference list when I wanted to go deeper in one chapter. The book is more about best sellers than solid reference books.
Some product placements are too bold and irritated me once or twice.
