It has been a long time since I have read a series that has held up the entire time. Each book in this series got better and it ended perfectly. If I could remain in this world forever I would just to know the stories of these characters. It was beautifully written and captivating from start to finish. If I could give it more than 5 stars I would.

For the series. Meh. Fast plot with a lot of holes. Underdeveloped in general, causing me to roll my eyes a lot. Glad it's over.

Ingredients: fey, unexplained connection, hidden/suppressed magic, spying, plot "twists" you can see coming one hundred miles off, annoying FMC
