reading this book for school. i don’t normally log the books i read for school but since this one was historical fiction i figured why not! it’s good, i really like reading it as part of a class because i can appreciate how much research the author put into making this truly historically accurate (except for the liberties he takes, which are understandable). i don’t know that i was entertained enough to read it again, but enjoyed it on the first read through!! also spoiler alert: the volcano erupts and kills everyone
