I was a little disapointed with this book. Don't get me wrong, this is still an awesome series and it was still a great book, I just didn't get the big hype as much as everyone else did this time around.

Full review soon.

Now I feel like the story has been dragged on too long.

It was okay

I have been trying to enjoy this series but unfortunately it doesn’t captivate me as much as JLA’s most current series.
This book was eventful but I still found it to be a little dull and I was dragging through reading it. I am looking forward to finally finishing this series with the final book

Y a Olivia.

First and foremost, this is one of the better books in the whole series. Plot speeds up! Character gets smarter! Actual relevant conversations and information! Wow! Still doesn’t feel fully fleshed out, but being one of the first series written, it’s understandable.

However, completely agree with what the other reviewers said, definitely a chunk of the story is missing. Why do put it into a different book when the first two books could have been chapters themselves??

More fluff, but less often which is way better than the first three books of this whole series. It started to drag in the middle third of the book, which could have been written better overall and more succinctly, which took me ages to finish. Once I got into the book more, it became a faster read.

I just wish there was more world building, more background, more information about everything and not having to rely on crutches of mortal world. I also found an amusing statement about daimen controlling dogs or something, which has never been mentioned before and it was surprising to see in middle of second to last book.

Over all, WAY better than other books, more to the point, still dragged and feels like there wasn’t much connection to the characters or to much of the plot.

Holy goodness, how can you not adore and cherish these characters? The way they become three dimensional and weave their stories into my mind and imagination is unbelievable. My heart raced, ached, fluttered, longed, and hoped. I don't know what I'll actually do when this is over. I know I will suffer a fierce book hangiver. What could compete with this series. My roots love walking back into this genre and getting such incredible feels from it. I feel like I'm home.
