Gender bent Sherlock Holmes and Watson!! I had a great time read/listening to this audiobook. It was certainly a book written for its times with so much of it centered around the election of Donald Trump shaping a near distant future. The book points to a lot of painful issues with the US, especially how we treat veterans. There was a lot of careful world building in this that makes me want to read more more more! If there's a movie... OF COURSE... Janelle Monae has to be cast as Holmes. :)
