I have to be honest, this is a *very* rare case for me where I'm marking the book as finished despite not having read every page. I read the first 40%, put the book down for a week, skipped to Chapter 16 (iykyk), then read chapter 20-the epilogue. Unfortunately, I saw every twist coming from a mile away. But I did genuinely enjoy Olive and Adam. I'm looking forward to seeing the movie next year!

But like this was SOOOOO GOOOOOD!!!!!

This is a new favorite romance! I wasn’t sure what to expect since literally I’m not good at science but you don’t really need to know much about STEM to read this and just love the story in the setting it’s in!

I love Olive and Adam and of course Ahn and Malcom and Holden just yessssss! The grad school setting was stunning and so was just everything. I love that they ended up in Boston for a while because of the conference.

Ugh the steam was super good, the fake dating superb and just everything AMAZING!!

With the hype this has been getting I was a little nervous but holy wow this didn’t disappoint in the slightest anywhere.

I like seeing Olive being demisexual. I know it’s not outright said to be that way but based on what LGBTQ+ reviewers are saying that’s accurate. I love the queerness and female empowerment of Ahn in such a science field just ugh so good!

Ok so... This is the third book I've read of Ali and at the start it felt... Just like the others.
But now I understand just why everyone is going crazy and had gone crazy about this.
I was actually giggling at points.
After the first half, it was torture to stop reading because of work.
I'm glad I've read it
