❤️ Hypothesis: A book that is basically an Adam Driver fanfic could be awful or amazing. I’m leaning toward fucking amazing though.

i really enjoyed this book altogether, i could not put it down, especially because of how much i related to the main character. As a female STEM major who also flip flops between believing and not believing in herself everyday, i totally understood her struggles and honestly that underlying message even somewhat helped my own career dilemma. Olive saying that she HAS to research pancreatic cancer is so relatable to me as someone who also pursued their current major because of a traumatizing family event in their teen years LOL. the dialogue was witty, the science references were fun (i loved the use of type I and type II error in that final speech), and the romance was sooooo well written
