Y’all wonder why I never want to have children…
On that note, this was beautifully written and heartbreaking. I hope Blythe finally gets the peace and closure she needs. rip to Sam. Fox needs to OPEN HIS FUCKING EYES and put that girl in an institution.

(3.9) Enjoyed the build up. The ending left me screaming because I needed more. Unnerving, slow paced, and disturbing. I NEED TO KNOW WHAT HAPPENS NEXT.

Update: updating my review to 5 stars. I was explaining it to my friend recently and talking about how the entire way the book was written really keeps you guessing and questioning what you know. The fact that I’m still thinking about it a month later tells me that it’s worth a better review.

I’m not sure what I just read. Was it a thriller…or the memoir of a very mentally ill woman. I read it because I saw it highly recommended by various TikTok users. It honestly just made me sad and had me questioning reality. I’m torn with how to rate it, it wasn’t bad but it also wasn’t good? Perhaps I’ll stew on it over the weekend before keeping this rating as my final answer.
