I loved it, but I’m gonna disagree with the writer who said in the acknowledgments that it was time to end the era of sacred stones. She has left too many questions unanswered. How did things end for Hart Renwick? What is the obsession of Ethera and Aleksander Hale with Arwen and Kane potentially having a daughter at some point? Will Griffin and Mari live happily ever after or do they remain stupid? Kate Golden if you see this, you better start some spin-offs if you don’t want to extend this trilogy. This is cruel 😭

Kate Golden does it again—A Reign of Rose is passionate, intense, and honestly my favorite in the series so far. The emotional stakes are higher, the political tension thicker, and the spice? 🔥🔥🔥 Let’s just say it delivers. This isn’t a book that teases—this one claims you
The character development really shines. Arwen steps into herself in bold, sometimes painful ways, and Kane… whew. He's still the dangerous, magnetic king we love, but this time, we get glimpses of the man beneath the power. Their dynamic hits new heights—tender, raw, possessive, and so, so hot.
The plot kept me on edge, but it’s the layered relationships—romantic, political, and personal—that made me devour every page. This series is criminally underrated and deserves so much more hype.

Honestly I am at a loss of words...

IT'S NOT EVEN 24H LATER SINCE I STARTED THIS ONE AND HERE WE ARE... AGAIN! This is how you see the way I was gripping the books of this trilogy! They are so addictive and packed with action every single page.

I couldn't put the book down, Kate Golden writes beautifully and I can't wait to read her two other books.

This trilogy has everything a fan of fantasy could ask for: action, romance, spice (this one has the most between the three books), magical creatures, adventures, etc.

I have to say that I am impressed with Arwen's character growth since the first book, specially from the second book where she was just being a bitch.

Kane, poor Kane, he hasn't a single second of peace through the whole trilogy but I am so happy with the ending he gets to have with Arwen 🥹

If you haven't decide if you should, or not,  read this trilogy, go read it, this is your sign to read the three books, they are action packed (you will probably dislike Arwen on Promise Of Peridot but it will pass, I promise 🥹) and the end is perfect 🥹
