As a book it's good
As a sequel to The Firm it's a major letdown
Worth a read but temper expectation

It wasn’t bad but it wasn’t good. I really like some of his other stuff but I was just so bored throughout the whole book. And the ending was very anti-climatic which didn’t help anything either.
This isn't a "legal thriller", it's just a violent novel about a hostage situation and terrorism. And it seemed very rushed and jumbled together. I had to force myself to finish the book. Not the john grisham I know and love.
