You are either for or against love.

Kinji has the chance to advance her career in journalism. To achieve this advancement all she has to do is go undercover and find out what or who is behind all the killings that are happening in North Chicago.

Edwin Aguilera aka Mo and Boss run the streets of Chicago. They are determine to make it in the game and will do anything to get to the top. No matter who or what comes their way.

An encounter at a nightclub brings the worlds of Kinji and Mo together. of course love is not that easy to come by; nevertheless it finds them. Mo finds himsel falling for Kinji and will do anything to make sure that she is his. On the other hand, Kinji is fighting the feelings that she is having for Mo. The question that she has for herself is advance her career or fall in love.

Will the lies, passion, and drama between these two couples bring them together or will their individual stubbornness pull them apart.

From chapter one I was hooked. This book gave a great combination of love, lies, passion, and drama. With the twists and turns at one point I found myself saying why do I have so many pages to go when it seems like the book is about to end. For this to be a first novel is a shock.

this was a very good read and not at all what I expected from the cover or title. it is definitely true what they say "dont judge a book by its cover". this book was a hint of street lit with a hint of romance/love. I'm glad I decided to give this book a shot and I highly recommend it to others
