3.5*

Like all anthologies go, some are good, some are meh.

My favorites:
1) Click - Katharine Mcgee
2) The Dictionary of You and Me - Jennifer L. Armentrout

3.5 stars. This was cute, I’m glad I read it, but idk if I’ll ever think about it again

3.5 rounded to 4 stars

I was so hyped for this book. I love short stories, and this seemed perfect.

But, most of these stories were average, and none of them were really in my top favourites. I did not like the beginning few stories either, but the storylines became more interesting later on. Plus I felt like there wasn't enough for most of the stories.

But, this was probably me, as I'm kind of a cynic, and don't really believe in meet-cutes anyways.

I did like several stories, such as "The Unlikely Likelihood of Falling in Love", " Oomph", and "The Way we Love Here", which probably pushed my rating up.

I also liked the diversity of the stories, such as the many types of relationships (especially the LGBTQ ones)

So, overall this collection was pretty good

I think it's not so much that I don't like fluff, but that I like novel-length fluff.
emotional inspiring lighthearted medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Character
Strong character development: Complicated

Cute

I give this a 3.5 some stories sucked me in more than others, making me want to know what would happen with them.

Dnf for the time being part way through the second story, I didn’t like the tense of the stories seeming like I’m a character and the story is happening to me ( I can’t remember what that’s called)
