I may have rated this higher if I wasn't under the impression this would be a Christmas story. The last few pages happen to take place on Christmas eve/Christmas but have nothing to do with the holiday.

I think the author lost credibility when the couple tumbled into the "cavernous back" of the Mini Cooper. Oh well.
