I love Alex and George so much. Don't let the length of this book deter you. There is no filler. It is full of so many great funny, sexy, sweet and emotional moments. Alex and George find themselves on their way to the same wedding between Alex's sister and George's ex. Their families may have meddled a bit to try to get these two together. Grumpy/Sunshine, Size difference, Forced proximity. The banter and communication between these 2 characters was stellar. I love how vulnerable Alex and George were with each other. And there's a cat. Named Mr. Pickles.

Don't let the title fool you. It may say "cloudy" but this book is FULL of sunshine. Grumpy x sunshine perfection, to be exact.

Grumpy George, Sunshine Alex, Nine Inch Neil, one tent, and family shenanigans galore... I simply could not put this book down.

Summer camp vibes. K!nk exploration. Hurt/comfort. Hilarious children (Mavis, ily). Arguing & banter as foreplay. Grief and healing. Fae managed to jam pack some of my absolute favorite tropes and microtropes into one book and it's just a wonderful summertime romance read. I laughed out loud so many times I lost count. I'm so glad I tabbed my favorite parts (and ran out of tabs, mind you) so I can revisit the smiles this book brought to my face time and time again.

And the scenes that made me sweat. Of which, there are... many. Hot hot HOT.

So funny, adorable and touching. The banter was top tier and I fell in love with both MMCs!! 5/5 stars from me :)

This book is fun! Not at all realistic, but plausible. It’s wildly silly in an absurd and joyous way. It’s full of meddling family members and (mostly) playful ribbing. The book is also quite kinky, and while many of them are not my personal preference they don’t ruin the fun I had outside of the sex scenes.

Sexual content/kinks: size queen, sph, double anal penetration, 9in dildo called Neil, bondage, camper/camp counselor role play, outdoor sex, shower sex, sloppy blowjobs, ass eating, cum eating, humiliation, praise kink, puppy play, begging, strict top & bottom but switchy domination, bottom being referred to with female anatomy, edging, accidental exhibitionism, and idiots in love
