ashling x sam

Sam is trying to get back at her dad because he thought he killed his brother. She is a doctor but kills people to get them out of their misery. They both end up out of their jobs because the other doesn’t want them to work there anymore. And she is currently pregnant. The end

Two Monsters are better than one. Ash is no shrinking violet she holds darkness inside her. What do you expect when she’s been raised by the baddest men in town. Only a monster could claim her as his own,

I loved Sam and Aisling story. This is a story where both of them are trying to make a difference there own way. They are more alike then they know. Don’t want to give any spoilers. This was a great additions to the Boston Belle series.

3.5 stars ✨

reading the one star reviews was so much more entertaining and interesting than this whole ass book

Too much use of the word Monster

For the first time an LJ Shen book was a struggle to finish because Sam and Ash completely overused the word monster. I get it. Sam is bad for Ash, but it was too much. I wanted the book to move at a faster pace to get to the resolution of Sam realizing he could send would love Ash. I give it 3 stars because the book kinda redeemed itself once they got together and I was able to finish reading but them finally giving in to their love. I wasn’t reading it with a smile on my face. It just wasn’t a satisfying ending.

Best one so far

I liked it. The problem with these men is that they, before they met their now wife’s, hated women and used them for their pleasure. Otherwise I liked this a little more than the other ones

Despite devouring the third book in the series, it just didn’t land for me. There wasn’t enough transition from Sam being the *worst* human being to a good fit for Aisling. I wanted to punch him repeatedly in the mouth so he would shut the fuck up. Still do.
