احتمالاً اکثراً در مورد دنیای هانیبال می‌دونن. برای اونهایی که نمی‌دونن و هیچ تجربه‌ای نداشتن به نظرم بهتره به ترتیب اول فیلم سکوت بره‌ها رو ببینین، بعد برید سراغ سریال. فیلم که شاهکاره و حرفی برای گفتن نیست
سریال هم عالـــیه و بخش بسیار خوبی از کتاب اژدهای سرخ رو توی فصل سوم، با کیفیت بالا پوشش می‌ده
بعد اگر خواستید در مورد شخصیت دلرهاید بیشتر بدونید، می‌تونین سراغ این کتاب بیاین
و اینکه فکر نکنم نیاز باشه فیلم سال 2001 رو ببینین، مگه اینکه خیلی هاپکینز رو دوست داشته باشین

red dragon is an intriguing journey through the mind of francis dolarhyde, a burgeoning serial killer targeting families as he chases a transformation of his own.
having seen nbc’s hannibal, reading this book was an interesting exercise in seeing what changed, what remained the same, and what was removed. i felt the show did this books justice in the adaptation. what i liked more about the book than the season of tv is the insights to dolarhyde’s mind that we miss in the screen adaptation, mainly due to the limitations of film as a medium. i found myself having much more empathy for him in this book than i ever really had for his tv iteration.
it was interesting to encounter will and jack in the book as i feel they’re a bit different to their tv selves. i didn’t dislike them, and at times found myself really enjoying their personalities, but it was an adjustment from the characters i walked into this book already knowing.
i don’t think the writing was particularly great, which lends itself well to a book following a police investigation, but found myself missing a bit of flair or depth in the prose and dialogue, which at times felt bland or disconnected. i’m looking forward to continuing the series.
