So Good! Great cast of characters, great plot (although somewhat familiar) and great storytelling as only Nora can do. I couldn't put it down. Witches and sorcerers, vampires and shape shifters, demons and gods, throw in a lot of love and loving, this story has it all.

I’m stopping about 3 chapters in. I don’t think this book series is for me and I don’t want to be frustrated after reading 3 books only to  realize I shouldn’t have read them.

These books are very typically romance novels with a lot of fun fantasy thrown in. They're a fun read, and getting through the series is quick. I enjoyed them thoroughly.

This was a reread, and I mostly enjoyed it again. The romance was cute, the plot interesting enough, the characters fun. However, there was a moment that made me step back and go “wait, ew, what?”
Spoiler We need to talk about not shaming rape victims. When they discuss Lillith’s turning : “She cleared her throat before asking Cian. ‘How she responded, as Glenna said. Is that not usual?’
‘Most fight, or freeze with fear. She, on the other hand, participated after the… delicacy escapes me,’ Cian admitted. ‘After she began to feel pleasure from the rape. It was rape, no mistake, and no sane woman gains pleasure from being brutalized and forced.’ Gross. Gross. This is not okay.

I’d like to think that this book is more than 10 years old and hopefully it’s just showing its age, but I didn’t want to avoid mentioning it, either.

The Circle trilogy by Nora Roberts – This is probably my favorite fantasy trilogy from the queen of the romance novel! Happy Reading!

The #1 thing I loved about this book was the 6 main characters. It seems like it would be hard to keep up with them all but it wasn't. They twisted into each others lives perfectly and all had a connection. Each one was there own self smart, witty, sexy, smartasses, and so on. I enjoyed how it wasn't to much romance and the fights and action scenes were bad-A. I guess it was just about how they were all meant to meet up the whole book was about destiny. Even though sometimes you might have seen where it would go you still got a lot of shocks along the way and the smut chapters were very steamy as well third book best of all *grinning*.
