I think this is one of my favourite classics. At first the misogynistic thought and time period is frustrating and then it all gets better. This is a great book and Mr Rochester and Jane are awesome characters. I'll definitely need to reread this to annotate it.

I had high hopes going into this read. I read it for one of my college classes. And I definitely did like it. But, it is not one of my favorites. Maybe when I read it again in the future without deadlines and assignments it will sink in better. But definitely a great novel.
