I definitely liked this one better than the other two. The ending was very good in my opinion don't get me wrong, I really love Aris but I hate the typical "oh no he's dead but look we found a way to bring him back" ending so it was refreshing to have him actually die. The Epilogue with Blythe trying to come to terms with it and bonding with her father by paintin Wisteria together was so wholseome. And then her meeting Aris reincarnated and have the story end there was perfect in my opinion. The things that annoyed me most in the other books still annoyed me here: I don't like the writing, it feels very incomplete at many points. Like there was something weird about the way Blythe accidentally brought Percy back with him feeling worms inside him and stuff but we don't know why it was different here. I still feel like Foxglove left off with some sort of story for Elaine that never gets solved. I also don't understand the whole thing with Life dying the first time, they talk about it like Death and Aris kept Life from dying even though she didn't want to and the aftermath with the pest and stuff but she did die though didn't she? So why did this invite Chaos? I don't get it. I think it dragged on a bit and the last third when all this stuff with Chaos starts was a bit rushed and could've been introduced earlier on as a sub plot that grows into the main plot, idk the transition here feels a bit weird to me like she tried fitting two whole different stories into one book. However, I did enjoy it and liked the main characters here more than the other two

I really enjoyed this book and read through it very quickly. It was fun & I enjoyed the interactions between Blythe & Aris. I think their relationship developed nicely and was paced well. But the story felt really slow at times, like when Elijah shows up on their honeymoon. What was the point of that?
"Chaos" also felt really out of place. It just didn't fit in 100% and could have been
brought up earlier, as to not make her appearance feel so sudden and weird. The ending felt the same way.
Also, we have still some open questions, that we don't really get answers to.Maybe in Holly these questions will be answered.

I absolutely adored this series, and this was a fantastic end book to wrap things up.
I loved the characters and the storyline, and was quite surprised to have loved Blythe and Aris as much as I loved Signa and Death, but in different ways.
The ending shocked me, and left me crying my eyes out, but I loved it.
I already cannot wait to read this series again.

I wish I could wipe my memory and read this trilogy from the beginning
I loved that this was about Blythe. I enjoyed Signa's story, but I adored Blythe's and Fate's so much.

Ive loved every single book in this series, and it's made me so excited to read Holly.
I think this is perhaps my favourite of them all, and I never thought is love one more than belladonna - but they really do just keep getting better and better. The way the stories weave together and continually expand upon each other, growing the world and the lore... its just magic. The settings are gothic and fantastical, and everything you'd ever want in a read (well, me anyway).
Ive truly enjoyed this book, this series. It's quickly made it in to my top three series ive ever read. And that is no small feature, ive read a lot 😂
