I am a sucker for enemies to lovers, and this one loved up to that and more. I read the entire book in just one day.

Blythe is such a good character. I loved her feistiness, and the banter between her and Aris was top tier. Aris is also a fun character. He is so stubborn and awful at times, but also a romantic.

The addition of a new character was a fun mystery, and I think it was brought in at just the right time in the story. Although I had figured out a few of the "twists", they were still a lot of fun.

I was not expecting the holiday vibes through a good half of the book! Even the fox played into it, reminding me of the holiday song about strawberries in the summertime.

The ending of this book was beautiful. It was heartbreaking, but also healing. I was so happy to see Blythe get to have time with those she cared about.

5 stars

“He would spend every minute plucking the stars from the sky to deliver a bouquet of constellations if that’s what it took to please her.”

My Thoughts: Oh My God. This book is 100% my favourite out of the series. It was beautiful, gut wrenching and the chemistry between Aris and Blythe was immaculate.
This book is so romantic and so magical. It is one of the only trilogies that has managed to keep my attention all the way to the end.
I loved the storyline and the ending was so unexpected for me.

This book is second chance enemies to lovers.

Characters:
Aris: I loved seeing Aris’ battle between loving Blythe and loving Life. He’s very romantic, witty and would do anything for the people, or more so the person he loves.
Blythe: A lot of the time in fantasy we get strong, hard headed women and while Blythe is all of that, she is also genuinely sweet. She is such a good person, and she is one of my favourite characters in a long time.
Silas & Signa: I missed these two so much between books and it was so sweet to see them together and in love. I love how much they are willing to do for Blythe and even Fate.

Favourite Quote: “Burn as brightly as the sun if you wish, Aris, but I will not look away.”
