i enjoyed blythe's story slightly less than signa's but that probs has more to do with me liking death more than fate as a sexy mmc. i think blythe fainted maybe a couple too many times but i still had a good time and teared up at the end

I can't believe I have finished this trilogy. So I won't lie, it had been a hot minute since I read Belladonna and Foxglove, so it took me a little bit to remember everything that did happen, but once we got into it, I was into it. This is a fun trilogy that is so fantasicial that you can't help but have a good time. I do think now that they are all released and reading them back-to-back-to-back, I'll enjoy them all way more. But I did like this a lot, and the characters' banter was also so good, the romance was also amazing. The end did feel a bit rushed after everything we have been through, but I still would recommend this trilogy for everyone to read.

what do i need to do to get someone to talk about me the way aris talks about blythe in his chapters?

I don't know.... I didn't love it. I wasn't sure if I should give it 3 or 4 stars... But I'll go with 3.5.

I just wanted more from Death and his lady, honestly. And I loved the character of Fate, but revealing the secret from the beginning just had me bored. And I didn't feel their relationship building... It kinda went from "I HATE YOU" to *LUST*. They never really had a trial or mystery that they worked through together where you got to see them grow to like each other, even though they knew they shouldn't. It was just hate to lust to I CAN'T LIVE WITHOUT YOUUUU! And I didn't believe it. I had high hopes because boy did they detest each other in the beginning and it was DELICIOUS.... but it just didn't do it for me.

The ending was beautiful and I cried over the epilogue. That's the only reason I'm rating it so high.

Beautiful story, excellent writing, I just wasn't feeling the love story.
