Cute coming of age graphic novel with D&D as the background. I liked how this played out and the group of friends was diverse and well represented.

Molly just knocks it out of the park with this art! Every panel has a nice layout, pallet, and expression. Just fantastic!

The story is a great coming of age story and I think also nicely demonstrates that D&D is a useful tool for practicing situations in real life. Our protagonist like to tell stories, draw, and daydream and sometimes unlikely friends can get very close if you give it a chance! Excited to see this continue!

Really sweet, really fun. Loved the DnD story as well as the main IRL storyline. Jess was really relatable in a lot of ways.

Friendship is so important.
Told like you're in the midst of a campaign with character's stat blocks showing up as they're introduced. Great middle school story about supporting your friends, listening to their needs, and changing/growing. Sometimes you have to battle a balrog, sometimes it's just one of the school bullies and their minions.
