Must read for anyone that works in groups, aka everyone.

I can honestly say this is one of the best non-fiction books I’ve ever read. Daniel Coyle shepherds you through the world of highly successful groups of all shapes and sizes, distilling lessons and stories into insight with an incredible clarity.
As a logical science-y type, this book connected the world of body language and group dynamics with data and rationality in a manner both utterly simple and entirely novel. It has permanently changed the way I will interact in every group setting (work, family, friends, etc.), and has made me super excited to observe people in this context.

Yikes. Surface level commentary of basic ideas, maybe it would have been better if it was heavily abridged. Also, annoyingly, the author has this unrelenting need to validate himself as an authority because they once did a good job with market research

This book does a fantastic job breaking down examples of successful teams into what their common qualities and activities are. This is a must read for leaders!
