The real skill of this book is that each character was given just enough depth to make them unlikeable. 3 stars because the premise was interesting even if the execution was flawed.

Enjoyed reading this book but somehow don't have much to say about it? It just felt nice to escape into other people's problems for a bit. Main storylines follow 2 adult couples and some teenagers. I feel like my life experiences right now fall solidly between the two, so maybe that made it harder to relate to the characters.

I had zero interest in any of the characters. I don’t want to read an entire book about the crumbling marriage of two very strange individuals. Just didn’t click with me.

I think this book had a lot of potential for making it more dramatic and fast paced, but it just seemed like normal people leading normal lives. Nothing was very exciting so I can’t say I’d recommend.

I really enjoyed getting to see inside all of the characters’ heads. My only critique was the “Ephemera” section. I don’t think it was necessary.

My favorite part of this book was the very end when we found out what everyone did with their lives. I wanted those stories, especially the adventures the women had.
