i'm impressed by his writing style as always. and the plot—to begin with—is easy to follow yet so intriguing. let alone the two main characters which was portrayed as a vulnerable and strong at the same time. i'm truly under Khaled Hosseini's writing style!

This book is a solid four. I do recommend it, but it isn’t one of my favorites. The book focuses on women written by a man. It is a little hard to connect to that. 
It is definitely heartbreaking and touching. You can feel it all. Great book.
