This book has a lot of problems. It basically is a collection articles rather than a real book.

This makes it so that there is a lot of repetition. Normally this would be very nice, but it's really overdoing it sometimes.

Also it lacks a good structure and the outlining is often times of or unattractive.

It is, however, very well written. Nothing too scientific so easy to comprehend without any prior education. The fact that is written unscientific does NOT mean that the claims in this book are unscientific. The authors provide extensive references to research and papers.

Despite it's difficulties it still deserves 5 stars (4,9 rating) because it probably is the best, most extensive and most comprehensive book on Natural Testosterone Enhancement there is.

Great work, not difficult to read and almost all the info you'll ever need on this topic.
