I watched the live action little mermaid and then wanted to read the story lol. It was entertaining but not particularly amazing.
I think I’ve read too many books of this genre. They’re all starting to feel the same. This was alright. The beginning was pretty good, but the last several chapters were VERY mediocre. They also said they loved each other after like a week of knowing each other, but whatever.
Absolutely delightful… a fun and cozy retelling of the little mermaid with vibes of the selection. The story is always interesting with good world building and with a cute love story, perfect for summer time.
